Maple syrup
After today we need to post what we each learned about 100% Maple Syrup on the blog.

Maple syrup does not get washed it is boiled.Maple syrup is not mixed with other foods.Maple syrup gets boiled not cooked.You do freeze Maple syrup in gallon plastic jugs in a cold room, so the plastic does not melt in the sun.The sap comes from sugar maple, red maple, and black maple trees.You also have to do tube inspections to make sure there are no breaks or leaks.Maple syrup is packaged in bottle or cans.You have to have clean water because it will effect the taste and color.Also it could cause contamination.
When you first get maple syrup you have to sugar it off for the organic maple syrup.If you drink the maple syrup right away it will cause food contamination.So you'll have to clean it when you get it.
Etienne that is a good fact but is that true? Because James and Anthony saw a video of a kid drinking maple syrup right out of the tree.Also tonight I pulled out some maple syrup in my pantry and saw that we can go to Archer Farms.com and get their contact number and call them.So we can ask them some questions about Maple syrup.Carter:)
